We have a professional design team who are are experts in the OEM and ODM manufacturing, with over 20 years of experience producing high-quality products for export. Our shop is well-equipped for molding and prototype processing.

We offers a one-stop service, from product design, prototype processing, mould making to assembling of finished products. Our product design, prototyping and manufacturing service includes the manufacturing of electronic health care and beauty care products, digital products, household appliances, plastic items for daily use, toys, gifts,hobby products and some precision industrial parts.

Our Plastic Injection Mold Business

The making of plastic injection molds has been our core business for over 10 years. Our focus is on the molded parts for automotive, medical instruments, hobby product and some high precision industrial parts.

We have a strict and highly-efficient mold processing management system, including DFM meeting procedure, Design Verification & Validation procedure, and QC a management system that will guarantee our high precision mold fabrication and in-time delivery.

Japan requires very high quality products, and 70% of our products exported there to well-known automotive, hobby product manufacturers. 30% our products are exported to the United States, Europe and Middle East.
